Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of handmade and customised cane products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our craftsmen.
Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon delivery.
- Returns due to change of mind, preference, or size are not accepted.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- To process a return, you must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Upon receipt, the product will be inspected before any action is taken.
Repairs
- If damage is confirmed, we will repair the item free of charge and return it to you.
- No monetary refund will be issued for damaged products. Only repairs or replacement where applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are only available for ready-made (in-stock) products that have not yet been dispatched.
- Refund requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order.
- Once a product has been dispatched, no refund will be granted under any circumstance.
- Built-to-order products are non-refundable. They are made specifically based on your request and production begins shortly after order confirmation.
Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
- All returns must be properly packaged to avoid additional damage during transit.
- In the case of disputes, our team will assess the situation based on photo or video evidence provided by the customer.
