Payment & Delivery Policy

Payment Terms

  • All orders require either 50% or full payment upfront to be confirmed.
  • The remaining 50% (if applicable) can be paid upon delivery.
  • You may choose to pay the full amount at checkout for faster processing.
  • The delivery charge may vary depending on product size and delivery location, and must be paid separately upon delivery or as informed in advance.

Built-to-Order Products

  • Some products are not pre-made and will be custom-built after your order is placed.
  • If a product requires production time, this will be indicated on the product page.
  • You will be notified once the item is completed and ready for dispatch.
  • For built-to-order products, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable once production begins.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Island-wide delivery available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Self Pickup: You may collect your order directly from our workshop in Radawadunna, or arrange a PickMe Flash pickup at your own cost.

Delivery Time

  • In-stock items: delivery within 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Built-to-order items: delivery within 5–7 business days from the date the product is completed.
  • Delivery dates may vary slightly based on location or logistics availability, but we always aim for the quickest possible turnaround.

Bank Transfer Instructions

After making your bank transfer, please send a clear photo or screenshot of the payment slip along with your order number to:

Orders will only proceed once we have verified your payment.

Invoices & Order Confirmations

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or message once your payment is verified.
  • A payment receipt will be provided for all transactions.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may incur an additional delivery fee.
